  Friendly, professional, and streamlined. There can be a queue so best to stop in first thing at 7:30am.

  My go to, even though it's not perfect. These guys are fast and thorough and won't try to create reasons your car needs to be repaired ($$) in order to pass COF. But the queues for registering are always so long because the network is always down. Don't know if it's their fault or "the system," but I never have this issue at other COF places. And, if you're a friend of the bwana, you can go right to the front of the queue, which always frustrates me because the bwana seems to have many good friends. However, I will ALWAYS bring my cars here because despite the annoyances, it still is the best COF place in town. And, trust me, I've tried so many.
